Steel & Concrete Construction
The DynaPier® was engineered to be the strongest foundation pier available. It is one of the only piers that combines the strength of steel and concrete.
The DynaPier® is one of the only piers constructed of both steel and concrete for superior strength.
The piering system concentrically loaded, meaning is installed directly underneath the footing. We do not drill into the footing for installation because this can damage the foundation.
DynaPier® Foundation Piering System
For foundation failure or settlement repair we use the parented DynaPier® foundation piering system. This system is well known by foundation repair specialists as being the strongest solution for foundation repair. The DynaPier® system was engineered to be superior in strength and eliminate the weaknesses of other common foundation piering systems.
This system is corrosion resistant, as it is made with a powder coated steel sleeve. The outer casing is reinforced with a concrete core which helps to make the DynaPier® system superior to other foundation repair systems. Most foundation piers are constructed of either steel or concrete, the DynaPier® is one of the only piers that combine both for maximum durability and strength.
The Best Waterproofing experts will use a hydraulic press to drive the piers into the ground and the piers will make use of an effective interlocking system. The steel shims are contained within the pier cap which allows no shifting when the soil swells or shrinks.
